- There are no shipping charges on most products. In home set up is available as an option on products such as stair lifts and vertical wheelchair lifts.
- All power wheelchairs can be delivered to any address within the continental US at no additional charge. All Pride Jazzy and Golden electric wheelchairs include free set up in your home. The batteries come with a full charge so the factory technician can install them and demonstrate how the chair works. Upon completion of the installation and demonstration the factory technician will take away the shipping cartons. Delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days. Special order chairs with power options may take 11 to 15 business days. You will be notified 24 hours prior to delivery. Any deliveries to locations other than first floors must have elevators. All in-home service calls during the first year following delivery are free.
- Vertical wheelchair lifts are shipped by common carrier and can take from 3-4 days up to 20 days to ship depending on the size of the unit and the options selected. We can provide special assistance including trucks with lift gates, 2 drivers, and dollies. Vertical lifts weigh from 650 to 1000 pounds and require a loading dock or a forklift. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock available we can provide one at an additional charge.
- Auto or Van wheelchair and scooter lifts usually take up to 5 business days for delivery for small tray or boom type lifts. Large trays, backpackers, and large outside lifts cannot be shipped by UPS and take approximately 8 business days for delivery.
- Accessories, walkers, bath products, and all ramps (other than those exceeding 6 feet in length) are shipped UPS and take approximately 3 to 4 business days. Larger ramps may take up to 10 business days for delivery.
- Stair lifts are delivered in approximately 5 business days via UPS. We always deliver to your home even if in home installation is elected.
- Items labeled "Quick Ship Product" are shipped within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, from receipt of a complete order. Look for this label when time is of the essence.
- Adjustable bed prices include in-home set up. We ship the bed to the installer which takes approximately 5 business days. The installer will call when the bed is received and set a time to install it in your home.
- Inside delivery for lift chairs is available to first floor delivery locations only, to the residence's first threshold and no farther, barring physical obstacles. Cartons that do not fit through the residence doorway will generally be delivered to a garage or similar dry area. However, we cannot guarantee that commercial LTL carriers will perform the requested service, as all commercial LTL carriers operate based on their specific carrier's tariff rules and liability policies. We cannot force the carrier to deliver the freight to the 2nd floor or higher. For this service, you will need to arrange for White Glove or Platinum delivery service by speaking to one of our sales representatives. If you would also like someone to set up your product, this service is available. However, you will need to set up an appointment for the technician to show up at your residence after the product has already been delivered. The technician cannot carry the product into your home.
