I just wanted to sent this note of thanks to you for a job well done. I ordered a chair for a friend of mine living in Oregon. From order to delivery and set-up, it all went off without a hitch. She has been enjoying her chair for a couple of weeks now and not only has it greatly improved the quality of her life, but she is also happier, more animated, and actually beginning to physically improve as well. She is so very proud of the fact that she can now transfer herself in and out of her chair all by herself. This is a HUGE thing for her. She had been in practically a vegetative state for so many months due to multiple strokes last Christmas. She had just given up on life. Please pass on this thank you to all who was involved in getting this chair to her. Give yourselves a pat on the back and have a cigar. Ya'll did good.

My son, Russell Mattia, spoke to you various times about how to set it up, etc. The reason I am e-mailing you is to commend your company on its great customer service - something which seems to be lacking from many companies these days From the first phone call, when Russell went over the specs and installation requirements, you were helpful and nothing was too much bother. You may recall there was difficulty with the shipping company because they stated they only did curbside delivery and so could not deliver the lift up the driveway. My son and I spoke to you several times attempting to get this straightened out. While you had arranged the proper delivery, the woman at Yellow Freight had no knowledge of what was going on. Between you and Renee in Customer Service everyone got on the same page and made sure the shipper handled the delivery in the manner you had arranged. We love the new lift – getting my husband from our living level to our driveway level is now a breeze. Again, thanks to you and Renee for handling everything.
