With a total weight of 96 pounds, the 3-wheel LiteRider is a bit heavier than the Buzzaround; but it also disassembles into 6 pieces versus the 5 that the Buzzaround disassmbles to. This makes the extra weight more manageable. Compared to the Buzzaround, the LiteRider has a greater top speed of 5 mph and an increased battery charge range of 9.5 miles. If you plan on using your mobility scooter indoors most of the time, the 3-wheel model is recommended over the 4-wheel model that we will describe in a bit. As a general rule-of-thumb, three-wheel scooters are recommended for indoor usage because of their tighter turning radius.
